Kriminalakte

Nachdem gestern die Razzie-Nominierungen veröffentlicht wurden (eine durchaus gelungene Auswahl) und schon seit Tagen eine wichtige Preisverleihung nach der nächsten stattfindet, wurden heute die Nominierungen für die diesjährigen Oscars bekannt gegeben.

Insgesamt und soweit ich die Filme kenne („Call Me by Your Name“ und „Lady Bird“ kenne ich noch nicht. Aber beide Filme dürften mir gefallen.) ist die Auswahl gelungen. Auch wenn – ebenfalls soweit ich die Filme kenne – einige Filme, wie „The Disaster Artist“ (wegen Belästigungsvorwürfen gegen James Franco) und „The Florida Project“ (sozusagen die weiße Ausgabe von „Moonlight“), fehlen. Ebenso „Wonder Woman“ Gal Gadot und die Regisseurin Patty Jenkins, die ja vor einigen Monaten als Oscar-Kandidatinnen gehandelt wurden. Aber Science-Fiction und Superheldenfilme haben bei der Akademie notorisch schlechte Karten. Und Tom Hanks hätte man für „Die Verlegerin“ (der neue Spielberg-Film, über die Washington Post und die Pentagon Papiere) als bester Hauptdarsteller nominieren können.
